3. Collection and processing of personal data
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of an enquiry, registration, application or other contact. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. Contact via Email and Telephone
If you send us an enquiry via email, telephone or messaging service, the information you provide, including your contact details, will be stored so that we can process the enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in processing incoming enquiries effectively.
5. Applications and recruitment
As part of an application, we process the personal data you submit (for example, your name, contact details, application documents and qualifications). Processing is carried out for the application procedure on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. If you consent to longer storage, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. After the application procedure has ended, your data will be deleted after six months at the latest unless a statutory retention obligation applies or you have consented to longer storage.
6. Cookies and local storage
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required to operate the site. These cookies do not store personal data. The storage of information on your terminal equipment or access to it is based on Section 25 (2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG. The subsequent processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No transfer or processing takes place outside the EU. You can delete or disable cookies at any time in your browser settings.
7. Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files transmitted automatically by your browser. This includes the page visited, time, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name and IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

12. Processing on our behalf / third-party services
Where we use external service providers (such as hosting providers), they are contractually required under Art. 28 GDPR to comply with data protection rules. Data is not transferred to third countries.
13. Plugins & tools
We do not use externally embedded content from servers outside the EU. Web fonts, scripts and images are hosted entirely on our own servers in Germany to ensure GDPR compliance.
14. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Our security measures are reviewed regularly and adapted to the current state of technology.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changed legal requirements or changes to our services. The version current at the time of your next visit will apply.
